New important acquisitions for the NefroCenter group: Casa di Cura “Villa dei Fiori” in Mugnano and “Ospedale Internazionale” in Napoli join the Nefrocenter Group
Napoli, September 4, 2025 – Health Care Italia S.p.A., a healthcare group based in Campania, has sold the entire shareholding in the hospital facilities Villa dei Fiori in Mugnano and Ospedale Internazionale in Napoli, both accredited with the Italian National Health Service (SSN), for a total of 150 beds, to the NefroCenter Group, a leader in Italy in the field of chronic metabolic diseases and nephrology and dialysis, with more than 100 healthcare facilities across the country.
With this new acquisition NefroCenter strengthens and completes its healthcare offering and the quality of services for chronic patients, offering patients with kidney disease in the Campania area a very advanced hospital Nephrology department with dialysis, as well as a highly specialized team in Nephrological Vascular Surgery for chronic uremic patients on hemodialysis treatment, and for the diabetic foot.
The facilities also offer inpatient departments of General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology with Nursery, Ophthalmology, Urology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, General Medicine, Emergency Intensive Care and First Aid.
