This service offers specialized and scientifically validated nutritional support to address various clinical needs and improve health status through diet. Strictly personalized diets and meal plans are developed, following a thorough assessment of the patient’s nutritional status and clinical conditions, for the management of metabolic disorders (hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, metabolic syndrome), overweight and obesity conditions (including evaluation for bariatric surgery), and for the treatment of Eating Disorders (ED) in an integrated approach. An area of particular relevance is artificial nutrition (enteral via feeding tube or PEG, and parenteral intravenously), intended for patients who are unable to feed themselves orally.
