The transaction, announced jointly by the two groups,<strong> further strengthens NefroCenter&#8217;s presence in Northern Italy<\/strong> and consolidates the group&#8217;s positioning in the sectors of rehabilitation, elderly care, mental health and high-complexity social and healthcare services.<\/p>\n<p>Casa di Cura Sant\u2019Anna is located in the center of Imperia and has <strong>138 beds accredited with the regional health system.<\/strong> The facility offers a complete and articulated care model that includes a rehabilitation department, a post-acute residential care facility (RSA), a residential care facility (RSA) for people with disabilities, a protected residence for the elderly and an area dedicated to mental health. <strong>As well as radiology and outpatient departments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the NefroCenter Group, the <strong>leading<\/strong> Italian private healthcare <strong>operator<\/strong> in the field of <strong>chronic<\/strong> <strong>metabolic<\/strong> <strong>diseases<\/strong>, the acquisition of Casa di Cura Sant\u2019Anna represents a strategic investment of great significance.
