There are also non-modifiable risk factors, that is, those that do not depend on people&#8217;s habits. These are sex and age (cardiovascular disease affects men more after age 40 and then women after menopause), family history and previous cardiovascular disease. A healthy lifestyle with a healthy diet and regular physical activity are the first important steps for the health of our heart.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The NefroCenter centers and all the tests<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NefroCenter&#8217;s cardiology clinics have specialist doctors and state-of-the-art equipment.
